SAVAS, Evelyn (nee Paris) - Evelyn Savas of Scarborough, Ontario The family of Evelyn Savas wishes to share news of her passing, peacefully on June 30th, 2021 in her 96th year with family by her side.

Wife of the late Theodore Savas (2015), loving mother of Christopher Savas, Zoe Craig (Kevin) and Christina Lewis (Cameron), Yiayia to Sarah (Angus), Jason, Courtney and Alyssa and Great Yiayia to Calla and Kaydence.

Evelyn was the daughter of the late Theodore and Christina Paris, beloved sister to Jim Paris (Maria), the late George Paris (Connie) and the late Dina Ellis (late Nick). She is also survived and will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews and extended family.

Evelyn will be lovingly remembered for her kind heart and her wonderful sense of humor. She was an avid gardener and storyteller who loved to bake, do crafts play traditional Greek Music on the mandolin, swimming and tennis.

Evelyn’s true passion was her family, whether it was homemade pizza on Saturday nights during the Leafs games when her children were growing up or large food filled family celebrations with her extended family or simply quiet time with her adoring grandchildren and great-grandchildren – family was everything to her.

In memory of Evelyn a donation to the charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated.

Arrangements are entrusted with the Jerrett Funeral Home, Scarborough chapel.
