YONG, Michael Chack Woon - 1932-2021 It is with heartfelt sadness that our family announces the passing of our grandfather, father, and loving husband, Michael Yong, on July 2, 2021 in Mississauga.
Michael passed away peacefully in his 89th year of life.
He was a beloved and devoted husband to Lucy, his wife of 60 years, and a loving father to their children Juanita (Richard), Karen (Michael), and Philip (Audrey).
Gung Gung/Yeh Yeh cherished the time spent with Alexander, Sabrina, Tianna, Eric, Samantha, Clara, Carina, Christopher, Timothy, and Carson.
He was predeceased by his brother Kni Fee (Mao Tou) and will be greatly missed by his extended family and many friends.
The visitation and funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 13, 2021 from 1-3 p.m. at the York Funeral Centre, 160 Beecroft Road. Interment to follow.
Due to COVID restrictions an RSVP to the family is required for admittance.
