HENDERSON, Robert G. - We sadly share the death of Robert G. Henderson, on July 8, 2021 peacefully at home with Jen at his side. After a long night surrounded by family, Rob quietly passed away on his own terms.
Rob leaves behind a big loud family of loved ones; Jennifer, his one true love of 47 years, Carrie and her husband Scott Barr, Tereza and her husband Adrian Lynde, Ken and his wife Carolyn (Cal).
Rob’s more recent generation of fans were his 11 grandchildren that he absolutely adored; Natalie (Jaden), Hayley, Wyatt and Colby Barr; Tucker and Parker Lynde; Christopher Patterson; Grayson, Piper, Logan and Bryleigh Henderson.
He will be missed by his sister Ruthe (Brian) Colville, his sister-in-law Margaret Henderson (brother Tom predeceased in 2019), and Jennifer’s siblings; Andy (Elaine) Murdoch, Sue (Bob) McConville, and Tim (Nancy) Murdoch. Rob’s many nieces and nephews have many funny and embarrassing stories in their memory banks.
Rob’s life on Woodside farm and many years of driving allowed him to spread his generous serving of love and affection to many.
Private family visiting will take place on Saturday July 10th at Ogden Funeral Home. The family will gather with friends on the farm soon to Celebrate Rob’s life.
