Richardson LeonardRICHARDSON, Leonard Arthur   - March 24, 1923 - July 4, 2021

The family is saddened to announce the peaceful passing of Leonard Arthur Richardson.

He leaves behind his wife Doris, of nearly 75 years, son Jim (Irene), daughter Denise, grandchildren Jodi (Brian), Chris (Heather), Nikki and Zoey and great-grandchildren Vivienne and Weston.

Dad was a WWII veteran, serving in the RCAF. Many thanks to the staff at Sunnybrook Veteran's Hospital for their kind and compassionate care.

Dad and Mom loved adventure and travelled the world extensively.

Dad also loved his sports, both watching and playing. Once he retired, he spent years volunteering his time with Meals on Wheels and driving cancer patients for their treatments.

He and Mom loved to dance and would enjoy the events at the clubhouse in their community.

Dad was a gentle man with a kind soul. He will be dearly missed. At the family's request, there will be no service.

Cremation has taken place.

If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Canada.
