CULLEN, Janice "Jan"  - After a courageous battle, Jan Cullen passed away with her daughter by her side on August 4, 2021 at Etobicoke General Hospital.

Loving mother of Laura (Mike), and adoring grandmother of Christopher and Tyler.

Dear sister of D'Arcy (Mary Jo), Susan (Ken), Cathy, Chris (Clara), Jim (Karen, predeceased).

Will be dearly missed by her mother, Kay and her father, Ray (predeceased).

Proud aunt to Blake (Adonia), Mirella and Aidan and great-aunt to Jonathan, Selena and Sofia. Jan will be deeply missed by her extended family and many friends.

Known by many names to those around her, mom, Gammy, Janny, Gladdy, she was a force to be reckoned with.

Upbeat and full of energy, witty and funny with a great sense of humour, likely to talk your ear off (even if you didn't feel like chatting!), loudest laugh in the room, crossword lover, iPad app queen, coffee fanatic (hot, cold, iced, any!), chocoholic (especially late at night), constantly curious about everything, always in the know, and plucky - she stayed true to herself to the end.

Visitation will be held at Glen Oaks Funeral Home,Oakville on Wednesday, August 11th from 3-7 p.m. To attend the visitation please choose a sign-up time.

A Funeral Service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Thursday, August 12th, by invitation only (live stream available at the Glen Oaks website).
