BARBARA, Gaetano Gejtu - (August 12, 1944 – August 7, 2021) - Gejtu Barbara, a loving, kind, compassionate, truly beautiful person, passed peacefully on August 7, 2021 with his family by his side.
Remembered forever as a one-of-a-kind individual who cared for others and enjoyed being around people, always putting others ahead of himself.
Proud husband, father and grandfather embracing making memories with his family and friends first and foremost. A smile for everyone, Gejtu (Guy) was very much loved by anyone who had the pleasure of his company – the life of the party! His humour will live in us forever…
He will be deeply missed by his loved ones, family and friends and many people who were blessed by his presence in their lives.
For his wife, Mary, “Driving Miss Daisy”, she will always hold Gejtu dear to her heart and cherish the wonderful life they built together in their 51 years or marriage. For his children and their spouses, Michelle and Jeremy, Danny and Nicole, our father will always be the “Salt of the Earth” to us as special as they come. For his grandchildren, Pamela, Alysha, Joshua and Evan, he will always be a loving Nannu who enjoyed watching his grandchildren’s sports and music events – Nannu was their “Number 1 Fan”!
Gejtu’s Maltese heritage, such a strong, proud connection to his Maltese roots shared with his family and friends living in us forever. Gejtu, you are forever loved and remembered in all our hearts. Your life is celebrated by all who had the pleasure to know you.
