SMITH, Isabella Mary - May 24, 1924 – August 2, 2021
It is with profound sadness that the family of Isabel Smith announces her passing on August 2, 2021 at the age of 97.
Isabel, born Isabella Mary Scott in Toronto, passed peacefully at home, as she had wished.
Isabel was beloved by many for her kind heart, her bright spirit, sense of humour, generosity and her caring soul.
She was the bedrock of our family, someone who could always be counted on.
It was her tactful diplomacy that helped to save the day on many an occasion.
She will be lovingly remembered by her four sons, Randolph, Stephen, Rockford, and Gregory as well as her two grandsons Renford and Alexander and her three great grandchildren, Ryan, Emma and Cameron.
Although Isabel's beloved husband Norman has predeceased her, they enjoyed over fifty years of marriage together.
A Visitation will be held at Kane-Jerrett Funeral Home, North York, ON, on Saturday, August 21, 2021 at noon to 1 p.m. with a private (due to COVID) Service of Remembrance from 1 to 2 p.m. with burial to follow at 2:30 p.m., and a reception to follow at 3 p.m. at Mom's place.
