Martin PatrickMARTIN, Patrick - (February 5, 1957 - August 12, 2021) - Born in Blackburn England on February 5th, 1957.

Beloved son of the late Marjorie and Edward Martin. Predeceased by his brother Peter Martin. Loving brother to Gary, Lyn, and James.

Patrick was raised in Glasgow, Scotland and was brought to Canada at a young age. He was an active participant in Hockey, Baseball and even a little basketball in school (or so he says). He always made sure he had his brother Gary by his side at all times.

Patrick was looking forward to his retirement after 45 years employed at York University. Patrick loved his job at the University almost as much as he loved his weekends off.

He enjoyed spending his free time at local parks, beaches and Kensington Market with this boom box radio by his side and his harmonica in his Rolling Stones jacket pocket. 70’s Rock, Sue Folley and The Rolling Stones were his music of choice. There was no doubt he was a child from the 70’s and the best big brother you could ask for. He cared for each of his siblings in his own way and was always there for them.

Arrangements are entrusted with Ward funeral homes, Weston Chapel.
