WELCH, Elizebeth 'Ann' (nee TULLY) - The family of Ann Welch is saddened to announce her passing on August 10, 2021, four days short of her 67th birthday.
Ann was predeceased by her parents, Ralph Tully and Mabel (Tully) LaFrance and one sister, Ellen Williams (Gerry).
Those who will miss her include her daughter Elsa Welch, her son Randy Welch (Boogie), her seven grandchildren (Daniel, Austin, Elizebeth, Cassandra, Tyler, Miles, Jordan and one great-grandchild Isaiah.
Ann is survived by her siblings Sharon Kendal (Jim), Leona Turcotte , Lorraine Casselman (Mart Vollering), Milton Tully (Elaine), and Robert Tully. Ann’s many, many nieces and nephews will miss her dearly.
Ann was a helping hand to all who lived in her Weston community (Toronto) and the peace-keeper always.
