McNEIL, Clare Agnes (nee KENNEDY)   -  It is with great sadness that the McNeil family announces the passing of Clare McNeil (Kennedy) on December 20, 2020, at Credit Valley Hospital in Mississauga, surrounded by the family that she loved.

Clare was 87 years.

Clare was predeceased by her husband, John McNeil, in 2008.

She was the devoted and loving mother of Joan McNeil, Ken McNeil and his wife Maureen.

Clare loved being a grandmother to Niall, Riley, Lucas, Ivan and Jackson.

Youngest of the Kennedy family of eight brothers and sisters. Clare was born and raised in Toronto.

Clare will be missed by her many nieces and nephews from the Kennedy and Danckert families.

Clare will be remembered for her joy and passion for life, for her love of and devotion to family and for her deep and loyal lifelong friendships.

Clare will be known for her strength and endurance, having faces may health challenges.

Joan and Ken McNeil would like to invite family and friends to a funeral mass which will be held at St Christopher's Roman Catholic Church, 1171 Clarkson Road North (south of Truscott Dr.) on Monday, September 20 at 11 a.m.
