TRAICUS, Vangel 'John' - With heavy hearts, we share the passing of Vangel Traicus on September 10, 2021.
He leaves behind his daughter Elizabeth (Bill), his son Peter (Karen), his grandchildren Vanessa (Dillon), Andrea (Eric), Elizabeth ( Micah), and his great grandchildren Avery, Veronica, and Archer, as well as many other family members.
He is pre deceased by his wife Pearl (Mary), his sisters Magda, his twin Olga, and his brothers Nick, and Gus.
He was born January 19, 1926 in Macedonia and immigrated to Canada in 1953.
He will be fondly remembered as a brilliant business man, a successful restaurateur, a passionate gardener, a family man and a story teller.
He was a huge influence on all our lives and a hero to his son. He will be sadly missed.
Visitation on Sunday September 12 at Heritage Funeral Centre, Toronto. Funeral Service Monday September 13 at 11 am in the Chapel. followed by interment.
