De Melo DavidDE MELO, David  - Passed away peacefully on August 29, 2021 with his wife and family by his side.

Loving husband of Rebecca, and proud father of Jakob and Alicia.

He will be dearly missed by his mother Alice, his brothers Norm (Christine), William (Lisa) and Andy (Ana), and his extended family of in-laws, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Predeceased by his father Manuel de Melo and father-in-law Frank Raposo.

A graduate of the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, Dr. Dave will be remembered by family, friends, colleagues and patients for his sense of humour, love of sports and music, and his compassion and goodwill.

He took great pride in the relationships that he built through his practice in Acton, as well as through the many years he spent coaching hockey.

We invite you to join us in celebrating Dave's life on Friday, September 24, 2021 at The Waterside Inn, 15 Stavebank Road South, Mississauga, L5G 2T2. Drop-ins are welcome between 2:00 and 8:00 p.m.

Due to current capacity and gathering restrictions, it may be necessary to limit the duration of your visit. In accordance with government regulations, proof of double vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test (within 48 hours) must be presented upon entry.
