FORER, Sydney - Passed away peacefully at the age of 94 on Tuesday, September 28, 2021.
Beloved husband for 59 years of the late Florence Forer z"l.
Loving father of Barry Forer (Jan Surkes) and Lisa Draper (Philip).
Devoted grandfather of Haley (Steven), Shelby (Kurtis) and Andrew (Jessica).
Great grandfather of Ruby, Remy, Theo, Briar, Emma and Charlotte.
Devoted brother of Marion Hertzman (Alex z"l), Ruth Coldoff z"l (Bill z"l), and brother-in-law of Dina Hartzman (Sam z"l). Special uncle to many nieces and nephews.
Sydney was always known for his intelligence, incredible memory and his kind and soft-spoken nature. We will always remember and cherish his quiet wisdom.
Special thank you to the compassionate and caring team at Baycrest Hospital Palliative Care led by Dr. Giulet Perri, and everyone at Forest Hill Place, especially Dr. Pamela Liao, and his caregiver Elizabeth.
A private graveside service will be held. Shiva will take place from Thursday evening to Sunday evening.
