HAGOS, Leticia Lopez - Left us on September 29, 2021 at the age of 85.

Mama Letty was born and raised in the Philippines and at the age of 22, married Felicisimo Hagos Jr. who together had five children.

In 1974, with children in tow (ages – 16yrs to 1yrs old), they left the Philippines to start a new and exciting life in Toronto, Canada. After working for many years, she decided to leave the workforce and focus on her main priority, which was caring for and being with her family - her greatest joy till the end.

Mama was a loving, understanding and a generous woman who was loved by all who knew and met her. A very organized and meticulous person, if she was not home watching over her grandchildren, she loved to travel and go on outings, whether it was to a nice restaurant for a meal, or to the mall to shop and always without a doubt, dressed to the nines with the best and classy fashion sense.

She is survived by her five children: Catherine Dela Cruz (Ramon), Susan Abad (Rolando), Joel Hagos (Divina), Joseph Hagos (Thyra) and Jonathan Hagos, 7 Grandchildren and 3 Great-Grandchildren.

Mama was predeceased by her loving husband in 2004.

It’s a devastating loss for us all, but we are all at peace knowing that she was prepared and ready and, in our hearts, we are overjoyed that she is now reunited with Papa, the love of her life and her wonderful sister (Lydia Rocillo).

Visitation and the service will be held at Highland Funeral Home, Scarborough on October 4th.
