Don's love of his life, Sandra Lee (nee Millar) and children Heather (Jeff), Daryl, Pamela (John), Mike and grandchildren Richard, Tom, Jeremy, Jordan, Justine, Carly, Mathew, Ivy, Lexie and Alana celebrate his life today.
Don was raised in Toronto by parents John (Jack) and Florence Morrison.
Attended Western Tech.
Don worked at Sears Canada Headquarters from 1953 to 1990 when he retired.
Don was proud to have been part of creating the Sears Catalogue for many years.
Don has left so many legacies for family, friends and community to enjoy.
Don's Woodbridge Seneca Heights home of 55 years displayed an enormous gallery of watercolour paintings, fine crafted furniture and countless hand turned wooden bowls.
There was no limit to his imagination and crafted skills.
He was a passionate DIY'er. Family and friends enjoyed his poems expressing love and fun and his sincere speeches quoting Robbie Burns.
All who knew Don enjoyed his company, stories and words of wisdom.
His community of Woodbridge enjoyed the Fall Fair posters Don painted helping promote the annual event. Most recognized was the Fairs 150th year, winning Ontario's #1 prize, 1997.
Don mostly enjoyed lending a hand to help others along with his children in their homes.
