FOX, Dr. Terrence Wilson - Terry died peacefully in the early morning on Saturday, October 23, 2021, at the home of his daughter, Alison Fox, her son, Cole and her partner, Liberato Palleschi, in Uxbridge, Ontario.
Dr. Terrence Wilson Fox was born May 17, 1928, in Peterborough, Ontario, to Lillian and Reginald Fox.
They moved to Toronto, where Terry received most of his education and embarked on the road into Medicine.
He trained in Toronto (University of Toronto; Victoria College) and in London, England.
For most of his practicing life he worked as a Specialist in Internal Medicine at Scarborough General Hospital in east Toronto, retiring in 1994.
He was a member of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario, the Royal College of Physicians of Canada, the Ontario Medical Association and the AOA Honour Medical Society.
Terry was predeceased by his parents and by his older brother, Kenneth, an RAF pilot who was killed during the Second World War.
Terry is survived by his first wife, Liz, and by their three children, Ken, Paul and Alison; their partners, Vibeke, Simonee, and Liberato, his grandson, Cole, and Terry's second wife, Vivienne.
A celebration of Terry's life will be held on December 5, 2021.
