LYTLE, Patricia Mary (nee YEATES) RN ret. - March 12, 1943 – October 24, 2021
Passed away at KGH after a brief illness in her 78th year on Sunday, October 24, 2021.
Predeceased by husband Peter (2020).
Survived by sons Alan (Sara) and Paul and grandchildren Taylor, Tristan, Paige and Stephanie who will deeply miss Grandma, along with sibling David (Wendy), brothers-in-law John and Mike, and sister-in-law Karen (Rick).
Will be missed by Tracey and Steve Hart, along with numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
Predeceased by sisters-in-law Lynn (Don) and Chris, and parents John and Adeleen Yeates.
