Lindstrom SusanLINDSTROM, Susan (nee DUNBAR MUSTARD)   -  It is with broken hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Sue, on Sunday, October 17, 2021.

Sue leaves her beloved and devoted life partner Ken Murray, Oakville, Ontario.

She was the loving mother of Todd Lindstrom (Adrienne McHugh), Toronto, and Trish Lindstrom, Toronto; dedicated stepmother of Brad Murray (Cristin Sheridan), Waterloo, and Greg Murray (Samantha Trottier), Toronto.

An energetic, fun loving grandmother to Avery, Gracie, Callum, Greyson and Maren.

She will always live on in the hearts of her brothers and sisters: Neil Mustard, twin sister Shirley Turchet (Mario), Sharon Dyson, Sandy Kennelly (Jim), Charlotte Mustard and Charles Mustard.

She will be missed dearly by her many nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Sue was a remarkable, well-remembered elementary/special needs teacher for 35 years in Toronto, Orangeville, and York Region (William Armstrong, Wilshire P.S.); as well as an enthusiastic volunteer for 20 years at Ian Anderson House, Ontario's first in-residence hospice where she was known as "Saturday Sue" and with the charity organization The Altruists of Oakville as a Board Member.

An active athlete to the end, (Swimming, Badminton and Pickleball); a world-traveller; and an ever-present friend. Sue truly lived life to its fullest. Her favorite quotes: "Let me do it" and "Don't worry about me".

Cremation has taken place. To comply with Ontario's COVID-19 PROTOCOLS, there will be a private (invitation only). Celebration of Sue's life on November 20th.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Toronto Star Santa Claus Fund and other children's charities can be made in Sue's memory.
