DAVIDSON, Helen (nee GORZYNSKI)    - Died peacefully in her sleep in the early hours of November 8, 2021 at Carefree Lodge, Toronto in her 90th year.

Predeceased by her second husband Tom Davidson and her first husband Stanley Dziedzic.

Beloved mother of Linda Galen (Bill Draper) of Toronto, Wayne Dziedzic (MaryJane McCrea) of Thornbury, Lawrence Dezic of Markdale, Susan Stojsic (Dobri) of Newmarket and Christine McDougal (Michael) of Brampton.

She will be sadly missed by five grandchildren – Jesse, Liam, Megan, Adam and Rachel.

Also survived by her younger sister Louise Galen of California, her younger brother Lloyd Gorzynski (Irma) of Florida, her youngest sister Eileen Palmer (Andy) of Grimsby and sister-in-law Sophie Gorzynski of Grimsby.

Predeceased by her older brother Julius Gorzynski and her younger sister Emilie Dubiel, both formerly of Grimsby.

Born in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan on February 14, 1932 she often spoke kindly and thoughtfully of her early life and never forgot her roots there.

That could be seen in her planting and gardening skills.

She also had an artistic flair with flower arranging, rock painting and wood carving. And she was an avid collector of many things.

The immediate family will gather for a private celebration of her life at a later date.

For those who wish, donations can be made in her memory to Sick Kids Hospital.
