Mom is remembered with love by many nieces, nephews and friends, especially her niece Lorraine Allison and her "adopted" daughter Allison Elliot, for their consistent love and support to Mom and her family.

Violet's family wishes to thank the staff at Extendicare Port Hope, and the wonderful nurses and personal care workers in the Mowat wing for their exemplary care, kindness and compassion.

We wish to acknowledge all who share our loss and thank all who contributed to her life.

A private family service will be held followed by interment in Toronto.

If you wish, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Violet's name to a charity of your choice.
