MANTLE, Gary William - On Wednesday, November 17, 2021, Gary William Mantle, loving husband of June and stepfather of Jason Fedwick and Katie Schulz, passed away at the age of 69.
Gary was born on November 13, 1952, in Toronto, only child of Harry and Anne (Kuchar).
Gary enjoyed a career in Information Technology with Revenue Canada, HBC, and Loblaw Group.
Gary and June celebrated their twenty-fifth anniversary on October 12, 2021.
He leaves his children Jason (Lise) and Katie (Jason) and grandchildren Clay and Simon, and many friends, including Edith Brown, his mother's best friend and honorary aunt.
His passions were guitar and tennis and his Wheaten terriers, Maggie and Maisie.
Visitation will occur on Thursday, December 2nd from 5-8 p.m. at G.H Hogle Funeral Home (63 Mimico Avenue), with funeral service following on Friday, December 3rd at 11 a.m. Contact funeral home to RSVP for the visitation and service. Proof of vaccination and ID are required to attend.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to Cystic Fibrosis Canada.
