Bond BeverleyBOND, Beverley Jane - On Sunday, December 12th, 2021, Beverley Jane Bond at the age of 57 passed away peacefully in the comfort of her home surrounded by her children and husband of 27 and a half years.

Beverley lived with cancer for 31 months, but she never let her diagnosis slow her down. She had a courageous will to live and incredible perseverance throughout her journey. She was an inspiration to all with a contagious laugh, beautiful smile and calm warm-hearted nature.

Beverley grew up in Scarborough with her older brother Brad, mom Barb, and father Bert. The Parkers enjoyed many camping adventures and vacations to Florida. She always talked very fondly about days she spent life guarding with her friends.

She went to McMaster for a psychology undergrad and went to work for Hydro before having three children with Bruce. She later worked for a number of schools as an office administrator at Rouge Valley PS, John Macrae PS, Henderson Avenue PS, and Macleod’s Landing PS.

Beverley was happiest with her family all together at home and at the cottage. She enjoyed many family ski trips and vacations to the Caribbean. She loved to visit her children down in Halifax which became like another home. She was creative and talented when it came to sewing, quilting and highland dancing. Beverley lives on through her three children, Brett, Lindsay and Sarah, as well as her devoted husband Bruce. She always said to her children “Who do you go with?” and the answer will forever be “Mom”.

Arrangements and livestream service details are entrusted with Thompson Funeral Home, Aurora.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Beverley's memory may be made to Southlake Regional Health Centre Foundation - Cancer, https://southlake.ca/foundation; or Canadian Cancer Society, cancer.ca.
