KLASSEN, Doreen Eleanor (nee TERREY) - Died peacefully, at home on February 15, 2024, in her 96th year.
Beloved wife of the late George Ross and the late Harry Klassen.
Loving mother of Jennifer (Bob), Kathleen (Bruce), and George Arthur (Trudie).
Beloved by her 7 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren; and lovingly remembered by her 4 stepchildren: Sheila, Bill (Gayle), Bob (Sharon), Mary Margret (Ove), the late Joan and their families. Doreen lived her whole life in Toronto.
She was loved and supported by her parents, her extended family and a strong church family.
Doreen was a strong, resilient, faithful and proud Canadian and was also grateful for her British heritage, which helped shape her values.
Funeral to be held at St. Paul's Bloor Street, on Saturday, February 24th, at 1:00 p.m. Visitation in the St. Paul's chapel, one hour before the Service.
Memorial donations to St. Paul's Bloor Street - Heritage Fund would be appreciated.
