TOMLINSON, Betty Joan Nicholson (nee GREENSLADE)  - Betty passed away peacefully on September 1, 2016 in her 91st year.

Betty is predeceased by her husband W. Harvey Tomlinson, her brother Lloyd and sister Myra (Roy Sennett).

Betty was the loving mother of Bruce (Donna), Beverly (James Campbell) and David (Siobhan Henry-Hooker).

Betty was grandmother to Yvonne (Mark Hill), Ian and Graeme Campbell, and Taige, Jack and Slade Tomlinson.

Betty was great- grandmother to Odin Hill. Betty was the sister-in-law to Allen (Judith Pedlar) Tomlinson. Betty will be dearly missed by her family, nieces, nephews and friends.

Thank you to Dr. Ing and the staff of 4 South at Cummer Lodge Long Term Care for their support and care.

A reception will be held at Bedford Funeral Home, Toronto, on September 7, 2016 from 12:00 noon to 2:00 p.m. To be followed by a graveside service.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Parkinson Society Canada or The Salvation Army would be appreciated.

Andrew Augustine DUANE

On Monday, April 25, 2016, 'Gus', surrounded by his family, passed away peacefully in his 92nd year. He was born in Loughrea, County Galway, Ireland in 1924. He flew in World War II with the RAF and immigrated to Canada in 1946. As one of twelve children, he is survived by his sister Eileen Hickey. Devoted husband to Dr. Vera Solowska for 60 years. Loving father of Helen (Marc Carere), Tom (Anne) and Peg (Tom Best). He will be greatly missed by his grandchildren Matthew, Emily, Andrew, Dominique, Luke, Jeff, Richard, Melanie, Amy, Colin, Jenna and his great-grandchildren Anna Bella, Sophia, Cosmo and Kiana. He was always a mentor and loving advisor to his children, their peers and his grandchildren. On May 2nd, friends may visit at Mount Pleasant Funeral Centre, 375 Mount Pleasant Rd.
