MORRA, Angela (nee Morsillo)  -  Angela peacefully passed away on Sunday, September 4, 2016 at North York General Hospital with her loving family by her side.

Beloved wife and companion for 63 wonderful years to Nicola. Loving and cherished mother to Tony (Rose), Michelle (Francesco), Lorenzo (Betty), Carmelo and Maria Giovanna (Peter).

Proud and adored nonna to Angela (Gianluca), Joanna (Paul), Nicholas, Matthew and Nico.

Family and friends will be received at the Highland Funeral Home, 3280 Sheppard Avenue East, on Tuesday, September 6th from 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00 p.m. and Wednesday, September 7th, from 5:00-9:00 p.m.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, September 8th at 11:00 a.m. at St. Lawrence the Martyr Catholic Church, 2210 Lawrence Avenue East. Entombment to follow at Highland Memory Gardens.

If desired, donations can be made to the North York General Hospital Foundation.

Andrew Augustine DUANE

On Monday, April 25, 2016, 'Gus', surrounded by his family, passed away peacefully in his 92nd year. He was born in Loughrea, County Galway, Ireland in 1924. He flew in World War II with the RAF and immigrated to Canada in 1946. As one of twelve children, he is survived by his sister Eileen Hickey. Devoted husband to Dr. Vera Solowska for 60 years. Loving father of Helen (Marc Carere), Tom (Anne) and Peg (Tom Best). He will be greatly missed by his grandchildren Matthew, Emily, Andrew, Dominique, Luke, Jeff, Richard, Melanie, Amy, Colin, Jenna and his great-grandchildren Anna Bella, Sophia, Cosmo and Kiana. He was always a mentor and loving advisor to his children, their peers and his grandchildren. On May 2nd, friends may visit at Mount Pleasant Funeral Centre, 375 Mount Pleasant Rd.
