IPPOLITI, Divana - It is with great sadness that the Ippoliti and Tschinkel families announce the sudden and unexpected passing of Divana Ippoliti on Saturday, September 3rd, 2016.
Divana was born in Toronto on May 10th, 1977.
Divana will be forever loved by her partner of 13 years Christopher Tschinkel, her parents Cataldo and Liliana Ippoliti, Gunter and Cathy Tschinkel, her sisters Sandra and Tania, her brothers and sisters in law, Sam, Antonio, David, Jeremy, Ha and Brigitte, her aunts and uncles, Zia Teresa, and predeceased by Zio Jim, Zia Liz and Uncle Marcel, her nieces and nephews Gia, John Paolo, Matthew, Tristan and My La, her cousins, Antonietta, Louie, Nadia, Marcel, David and Ivana, and her many friends.
Divana lived with so much passion and love, she never gave up on her dream of being a feature film screenwriter and worked tirelessly on her projects until the end. Divana had a love for the arts in all of its forms, she taught herself to play the guitar and created some of the most interesting paintings. She loved so many genres of music and always walked her community with her head phones on while she sang and danced in the streets. Divana loved being in nature and was a true conscious human being.
She had an exceptional creative mind and was one of the most interesting human beings we have ever known. Divana will be remembered by her witty humour, always smiling, full of joy and her infectious laugh. She was a fierce advocate of free speech and encouraged all who she encountered to speak their truth.
She loved, she lived, Divana touched us all in ways only she could. She will be forever in our hearts and her memory will live on in all of us who were blessed to have had her in our lives.
