LLOYD, John Walter - John passed on Sunday, September 4, 2016 after a courageous battle with leukemia.

Beloved husband of Joyce.

Loving father of Michael (Louise) and Stephen (Elizabeth). Proud grandpa to Jack and Simon.

John will be sadly missed by his family and his many friends.

Visitation on Friday, September 9, 2016 from 7 - 9 p.m. at McDougall & Brown Funeral Home, 2900 Kingston Rd.

Funeral Service on Saturday, September 10, 2016 at 3 p.m. in the chapel (visitation from 2 p.m.).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada.

John will be forever remembered as a kind and gentle soul, well loved by all who knew him.

Andrew Augustine DUANE

On Monday, April 25, 2016, 'Gus', surrounded by his family, passed away peacefully in his 92nd year. He was born in Loughrea, County Galway, Ireland in 1924. He flew in World War II with the RAF and immigrated to Canada in 1946. As one of twelve children, he is survived by his sister Eileen Hickey. Devoted husband to Dr. Vera Solowska for 60 years. Loving father of Helen (Marc Carere), Tom (Anne) and Peg (Tom Best). He will be greatly missed by his grandchildren Matthew, Emily, Andrew, Dominique, Luke, Jeff, Richard, Melanie, Amy, Colin, Jenna and his great-grandchildren Anna Bella, Sophia, Cosmo and Kiana. He was always a mentor and loving advisor to his children, their peers and his grandchildren. On May 2nd, friends may visit at Mount Pleasant Funeral Centre, 375 Mount Pleasant Rd.
