PETROFF, Peter —  August 12, 1929 - September 5, 2016

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Peter Petroff at the age of 87.

Son of the late Alexandra and Dimitar.

Beloved husband of Dolly (Angeline) and devoted father of Alexis (Stan), Michael, Danny (Marie) and Maria (Ralph).

Proud and loving grandfather to Nicole. Dear brother to the late Carl and survived by twin brother Paul.

Family and friends will be received at Pine Hills Cemetery & Visitation Centre, Scarborough, on Sunday, September 11th from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. A private funeral service and burial will take place at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. George's Macedono-Bulgarian Church.

Andrew Augustine DUANE

On Monday, April 25, 2016, 'Gus', surrounded by his family, passed away peacefully in his 92nd year. He was born in Loughrea, County Galway, Ireland in 1924. He flew in World War II with the RAF and immigrated to Canada in 1946. As one of twelve children, he is survived by his sister Eileen Hickey. Devoted husband to Dr. Vera Solowska for 60 years. Loving father of Helen (Marc Carere), Tom (Anne) and Peg (Tom Best). He will be greatly missed by his grandchildren Matthew, Emily, Andrew, Dominique, Luke, Jeff, Richard, Melanie, Amy, Colin, Jenna and his great-grandchildren Anna Bella, Sophia, Cosmo and Kiana. He was always a mentor and loving advisor to his children, their peers and his grandchildren. On May 2nd, friends may visit at Mount Pleasant Funeral Centre, 375 Mount Pleasant Rd.
