BOTTOMLEY, George H.  - May 30, 1920 - September 1, 2016

George passed quietly in his sleep surrounded by his family at Peace Arch Hospital, White Rock, BC.

He is survived by Delcie, his wife of 72 years, his daughters Gini (Ron), Wendy (Larry) and Nanci, his son Steve, living in the Philippines and his grandchildren Mathew, Michelle, Joshua and Delcie.

Andrew Augustine DUANE

On Monday, April 25, 2016, 'Gus', surrounded by his family, passed away peacefully in his 92nd year. He was born in Loughrea, County Galway, Ireland in 1924. He flew in World War II with the RAF and immigrated to Canada in 1946. As one of twelve children, he is survived by his sister Eileen Hickey. Devoted husband to Dr. Vera Solowska for 60 years. Loving father of Helen (Marc Carere), Tom (Anne) and Peg (Tom Best). He will be greatly missed by his grandchildren Matthew, Emily, Andrew, Dominique, Luke, Jeff, Richard, Melanie, Amy, Colin, Jenna and his great-grandchildren Anna Bella, Sophia, Cosmo and Kiana. He was always a mentor and loving advisor to his children, their peers and his grandchildren. On May 2nd, friends may visit at Mount Pleasant Funeral Centre, 375 Mount Pleasant Rd.
