FISHER, Marlene F. (MRS. CHRISTMAS)  -  Passed away peacefully with her loving family at her side, in the Palliative Care section of Credit Valley Hospital, on September 1, 2016 at the age of 76.

Cherished wife of the late Jon.

Loving father of John (Diane) and Gordon. Beloved grandmother of Carl, Sean and Matthew Fisher.

Marlene will be sadly missed by many other family members and friends.

At Marlene's request, cremation has taken place.

A memorial service has been scheduled for 11 a.m. on September 17, 2016 at Sts. Martha and Mary Parish, 1870 Burnhamthorpe Road East, Mississauga, ON L4X 2S5.

A celebration of Life will follow immediately after the service.

If so desired, donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family as mom had love for all.

Andrew Augustine DUANE

On Monday, April 25, 2016, 'Gus', surrounded by his family, passed away peacefully in his 92nd year. He was born in Loughrea, County Galway, Ireland in 1924. He flew in World War II with the RAF and immigrated to Canada in 1946. As one of twelve children, he is survived by his sister Eileen Hickey. Devoted husband to Dr. Vera Solowska for 60 years. Loving father of Helen (Marc Carere), Tom (Anne) and Peg (Tom Best). He will be greatly missed by his grandchildren Matthew, Emily, Andrew, Dominique, Luke, Jeff, Richard, Melanie, Amy, Colin, Jenna and his great-grandchildren Anna Bella, Sophia, Cosmo and Kiana. He was always a mentor and loving advisor to his children, their peers and his grandchildren. On May 2nd, friends may visit at Mount Pleasant Funeral Centre, 375 Mount Pleasant Rd.
