LOWCOCK, Yvonne Margaret  - January 28, 1964 - September 2, 2016

herished mother, daughter, sister and dearest friend.

"The Best Mom Ever", Yvonne was devoted to her three sons, Daniel, Adam and Ben Catapano and will be sadly missed.

Yvonne is a great loss to her mother Stella Lowcock, sisters Donna O'Brien, Cal Lorimer and their children, nieces Hayley, Stella, Channing and Morgan, nephews Jake and Connor, and grand-niece Zoe.

Yvonne was the Beloved BFFs of Dawneen Boyle (Newmarket), Deborah Fisk (Australia), and Kelly Strickland (Ajax).

We Love You to the Moon and Back. Yvonne was predeceased by her father Gary.

Born and raised in Toronto, Yvonne started her career at Classical 96.3 FM, and most recently at Maplecrest Village, Grimsby.

After her children were born she moved to Grimsby where she immediately became active in the Autism Society of Ontario and raising awareness and funds for Autism.

She was a valued volunteer at District School Board Niagara and an asset to the community.

Cremation has taken place.

A Celebration of Yvonne's Life will be held on Saturday, September 24th from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the family home, 66 Merritt Crescent, Grimsby, ON L3M 5B7. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to McNally House Hospice, Grimsby are sincerely appreciated.

Andrew Augustine DUANE

On Monday, April 25, 2016, 'Gus', surrounded by his family, passed away peacefully in his 92nd year. He was born in Loughrea, County Galway, Ireland in 1924. He flew in World War II with the RAF and immigrated to Canada in 1946. As one of twelve children, he is survived by his sister Eileen Hickey. Devoted husband to Dr. Vera Solowska for 60 years. Loving father of Helen (Marc Carere), Tom (Anne) and Peg (Tom Best). He will be greatly missed by his grandchildren Matthew, Emily, Andrew, Dominique, Luke, Jeff, Richard, Melanie, Amy, Colin, Jenna and his great-grandchildren Anna Bella, Sophia, Cosmo and Kiana. He was always a mentor and loving advisor to his children, their peers and his grandchildren. On May 2nd, friends may visit at Mount Pleasant Funeral Centre, 375 Mount Pleasant Rd.
