PATRICK, Eleanor Constance (SPEER)  - Passed away at North York General Hospital, in her 93rd year, surrounded by her children.

Dear mother of David Patrick of Toronto, Penelope Patrick (Victor, Hannah and Nick Lind) of Picton and Allison Patrick of Toronto.

Cherished grandmother of Matthew, James, Andrew, Jesse, Conor and Jason; and great-grandmother of Kai. Cherished sister of Kathleen MacGregor of Orangeville.

"Noni" to David, Andrew, Tamara and Kimberly MacGregor. Aunt to Paul, Peter and Nancy Speer. Will be fondly remembered by her sons-in-law Douglas Ledger and Paul McArthur.

Special relationship with her step-grandson Kirill Patrick. Predeceased by her parents Fred and Doris and her brother Frederick Speer.

Eleanor graduated from Women's College Hospital, Class of '45. She was a Staff Member and Department Head of Outpatients at the Donwood Institute from 1967 - 1989.

Eleanor loved her cottage on Lake Muskoka where she spent much time entertaining her children and grandchildren, often putting her sons-in-law to work. Her sustenance in life was faith, hope, love, her three children and her favourite game - Bridge.

"I would like the memory of me to be a happy one. I would like to leave an afterglow of smiles when day is done. I would like to leave an echo whispering softly down the ways, of happy times and laughing times and bright and sunny days."

A memorial/reception will be held at McLean House - The Estates of Sunnybrook on Sunday, October 30, 2016 from 2 to 5 p.m.
