AGOSTO, Antonio  - July 6, 1928 (Varmo) - February 2, 2017 (Toronto)

Peacefully at the Toronto Western Hospital, dearest uncle to Marina Agosto Marchese and Vincenzo, loving great-uncle to Adriano and Oriana.

Predeceased by his brother Elio, sister-in-law Eleonora and sister Maria with whom he shared a great bond. Antonio always loved his native Italy - as much as he loved this country.

A humble and most generous person, he was also a learned man, possessing a great intellect to complement his great and gentle heart.

Antonio, zio Tony, has always been a member of our family and he will forever live in our collective memory. Our thanks to the nursing staff and doctors of the Toronto Western Hospital (8A Fell Wing) who attended to his care with warmth and compassion.

Relatives and friends are welcomed at the Bernardo Funeral Homes, on Sunday from 2 - 6 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial in Our Lady of Sorrow's Catholic Church on Bloor St., on Monday, February 6, 2017 at 10 a.m.
