BRAND, Edith (Diana) — Diana passed peacefully in her sleep on Wednesday, February 1, 2017.

Through her life's work with children and her devotion to the Catholic Faith, Diana touched lives too numerous to mention.

Her loss will be deeply felt by all who knew her.

Predeceased by husband Patrick, daughter Patricia and son-in-law Roger, Diana leaves behind her son Michael and his wife Moira, son Jim and his wife Gail and by her many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Monday, February 6, 2017 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home, 6150 Yonge St.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, February 7, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Luke's Roman Catholic Church (39 Green Ln., Thornhill). The interment will be at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Jesuit Development Centre.
