McKEAGE, Capt. Thomas D.  - Retired CD Peacefully at Southlake Regional Hospital. On February 2, 2017 at the age of 91.

Beloved husband of the late Anne for over 60 years and he missed her greatly.

Loving father of Debbie (Don) Hutchinson, Kevin and Brenda. Will be greatly missed by many grandchildren and great- grandchildren.

Tom was born 1925 in Saskatchewan and was raised in the Eastern Townships of Quebec and moved to Toronto when he finished his term with the Air Force.

He worked with the air cadets in Richmond Hill for over 25 years. As a member of the 778 Squadron in Richmond Hill he achieved his Captaincy.

Tom was a proud Anglican and Conservative and loved a good discussion about religion and politics. He was awarded the Queen's Jubilee Medal and the Queen's Diamond Jubilee Medal for his volunteer work.

His family was very proud of all that he achieved in his life.

They will miss his company and his interesting stories. The family would like to thank Veterans Affairs and also CCAC for all of their help.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 24, 2017 at 11 a.m. at St. Mary's Anglican Church, 10030 Yonge. In memory of Tom, Donations would be appreciated to the Richmond Hill Legion Branch 375.
