      Ontario Junior Hockey League, Whitby Fury Junior A Hockey Club, in conjunction with Mount Lawn Funeral Home & Cemetery, invite the community to sign a guestbook of condolence at Mount Lawn Funeral Home, 21 Garrard Road, Whitby in memory of the players and team personnel who lost their lives in Humboldt, Saskatchewan.

    The book will be available daily from  9 a.m. - 8 p.m. until Monday, April 23rd, at which time the book will be sent to the OJHL offices to be sent to the team in Saskatchewan

HumboldtStrong BannerA book of remembrance and support has been placed in the lobby of the OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME for residents of Oshawa, Whitby and Clarington. This will be sent to the community of Humboldt to show our support and solidarity.

Feel free to add to our memorial in front of the OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME.

Hockey sticks will be donated to support minor hockey in our community.

As well, OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, COURTICE FUNERAL CHAPEL and DIGNITY MEMORIAL will make a donation to support Minor Hockey for every stick collected.

Called home by God Our Father on Tuesday, July 11th, 2017 at Lakeridge Health - Port Perry, in his 80th year.

Beloved husband of the late Vanessa.

Loving and devoted father of Margaret (Gerry) McNair of Cambridge, Martin, Tracey (Randy) Timms of Peterborough, Annette (Paul) Aukstaitis, Alex, and Kimberly.

Cherished Grandpa to Jamie, Catherine, Charles, Michelle, Robbie, Melody (Phil) DePass, Danielle and Sophie.

Dear brother of Mildred (André) LaBelle, Marlene (predeceased Fred) Nicholson, sister Mary Magdalen, Enith (Lloyd) Figueroa, Theresa (Keith) Garel, Lil (Ronnie), Aunt Dad, Bossie (Lynch) Heholt, Winston (predeceased), Aldith (Henry predeceased), Dorothy (John) Jones and Sarah (Colin) Barnett. Raymond will be lovingly remembered by his extended family and many friends.

Visitation will be held at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West (905-721-1234) on Saturday, July 15th from 11:00 a.m. until time of Funeral Service in the Chapel at 12:00 noon. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.

Donations made to the Canadian Marfan Association, Canadian Diabetes Association or the CHARITY of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
