      Ontario Junior Hockey League, Whitby Fury Junior A Hockey Club, in conjunction with Mount Lawn Funeral Home & Cemetery, invite the community to sign a guestbook of condolence at Mount Lawn Funeral Home, 21 Garrard Road, Whitby in memory of the players and team personnel who lost their lives in Humboldt, Saskatchewan.

    The book will be available daily from  9 a.m. - 8 p.m. until Monday, April 23rd, at which time the book will be sent to the OJHL offices to be sent to the team in Saskatchewan

HumboldtStrong BannerA book of remembrance and support has been placed in the lobby of the OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME for residents of Oshawa, Whitby and Clarington. This will be sent to the community of Humboldt to show our support and solidarity.

Hockey sticks will be donated to support minor hockey in our community.

As well, OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, COURTICE FUNERAL CHAPEL and DIGNITY MEMORIAL will make a donation to support Minor Hockey for every stick collected.

Coleshaw PatsyCOLESHAW, Patsy Lois (nee Lovelace)  - Peacefully at Lakeridge Health Oshawa, after a courageous battle on Tuesday, August 15th, 2017 at 80 years of age.

Beloved wife of William for 60 years.

Loving mother of Rosie Arthurs and her husband Mike, Angie Brohm and her husband Ken, and Lana Croxford and her husband Mark.

Loving grandmother of Mandy (Mike), Brad (Jess), Bryan (Jennifer), Alison (Lee) and Brock (Kerri), and G.G. of Molly, Chloe, Hayley, Cameron, Everett and Phoenix. Survived by her brother Garry.

Predeceased by brothers and sisters DeVere, Jack, Sylvia and Val. Patsy will be fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

A special thank you to the Critical Care Unit at Lakeridge Health for their wonderful care of our family.

Visitation will be held at the OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West (905-721-1234) on Monday, August 21st from 1:00 p.m. until time of Funeral Service in the Chapel at 3:00 p.m.

Memorial donations to the Lakeridge Health Foundation – Cancer Care would be appreciated.
