GRAHAM, June  - In Stouffville at the home of her son in the early hours of Tuesday, October 24, 2017.

She was predeceased by her husband, Francis Aloysius Graham and will be greatly missed by her daughter Carole Margaret, her son Francis William, her beloved daughter-in-law Leslie Lynn Marie, her cherished granddaughter Katherine Cassandra, her surviving siblings William Whalley and Pat Hart in Great Britain and the Whalley family in New Zealand.

With an adventurous spirit and fearless resolve, she left Yorkshire, England in 1952 with her young daughter to join her husband and start a new life in Canada. June was often referred to as a "pistol." She was a loving and protective mother, a loyal and trustworthy friend and a great lover of animals.

Always on the move, she was a hard worker and gave generously of her time and expertise for any work at hand. She would lend an ear when you needed to talk and offer a shoulder in times of crisis.

June was respected and loved by many and she will be missed beyond measure.

The family is very grateful for the exemplary care provided by June's family physician, Dr. Susan Oliver, throughout her life and send special thanks to Dr. Andrew Patterson and the Palliative Care team for the comfort they provided to June and her family in her final days.

There will be a celebration of her life in Stouffville at a later date and in lieu of flowers, the family requests that a donation, in memoriam, be made to her favourite charity: Second Chance Wildlife Sanctuary, 2060 Concession Rd. 7, Pickering, Ontario, L1Y 1A2 www.second-chance.ws/ucanhelp/donations.html

"There are no goodbyes for us.
Wherever you are, you will always be in my heart."
