BRAND, Peter Gordon Albert  - Passed away peacefully in his sleep on Saturday, November 4, 2017 in his 82nd year.

He will be sadly missed by his wife of 10 years Krisztina Luttor, his sons, David, Sean and Kevin, his step-son Paul (Sabrina), his granddaughter Brynn and his sisters Jacqui (Pete) and Patty (Tony).

He is predeceased by his first wife Laurie. He was born in Birmingham UK and moved to South Africa as a boy with his father and step-mother. He became an Engineer in London UK and practiced in South Africa and Pittsburgh USA before coming to Canada in 1982. He was a consulting engineer at Hatch before retiring in 2002.

In his retirement he devoted himself to his family, improving his golf game and excelling at Duplicate Bridge. He had a generous heart, a strong work ethic and great love for his family. The family is grateful for the loving care he received at The Salvation Army Meighen Retirement Residence and The Arthur and Isabel Meighen Manor.

The family will receive friends at the Humphrey Funeral Hom, 1403 Bayview Avenue, from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 15th. A funeral mass will be held on Thursday, November 16th at 11:00 a.m. in ST. ANSELM CATHOLIC CHURCH, 1 MacNaughton Road (south of Eglinton/east of Bayview) with a reception to follow in the church hall.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Meighen Retirement Residence, 84 Davisville Avenue, Toronto M4S 1G1 will be greatly appreciated by the family.
