HULTON, Sara Melissa (nee HOUSTON) - 1969 - 2017 Passed away on November 9, 2017 at Princess Margaret Hospital.
Sara will be greatly missed by her husband John and his family, mom Gail and her family and an amazing network of friends. Predeceased in 2005 by her "great dad, boss and best friend", Dr. John Houston.
Sara's smile lit up a room. She was a real people person and could develop meaningful connections with people of all ages and backgrounds.
With her thoughtfulness, generosity, honesty, empathy, compassion, loyalty and courage to name a few of her very positive attributes she touched many people's lives.
Thanks to Dr. Raymond Jang and the very caring team in the G.I. Clinic and Dr. John Bryson and the compassionate Palliative Care Team at Princess Margaret Hospital.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Eastminster United Church (310 Danforth Ave.) at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, November 19, 2017.
