DUKACZ, Marilyn Ann (nee Shields) - Marilyn Ann Dukacz, a resident of Parkland Seniors Residence at 1165 The Collegeway, Mississauga, passed away on Tuesday, November 14, 2017 at Credit Valley Hospital Intensive Care Unit at the age of 72.
She went to the Lord after a long struggle with an increasing number of health issues.
She was surrounded by her husband Julian, her brother Dan and her two closest friends. She was a committed volunteer at Credit Valley Hospital.
She headed up the Women's Auxillary Volunteers for 10 years and supported them for a further 10 years. She was born in Montreal in 1945 and was the daughter of Daniel Joseph and Mary Shields (nee Craig).
She was an avid kitchen bridge player and travelled to many parts of the world until failing health interfered.
She will be missed. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Christopher's Church, 1171 Clarkson Rd. N., on Monday, November 20, 2017 at 11 a.m.
