SULLIVAN, John Edward Allan  - It is with profound sadness we announce the passing of our Dad on Sunday, November 19, 2017 at Scarborough General Hospital in his 91st year.

John was married 60 years to the love of his life Norma (deceased 2011). He was preceded in death by siblings Kathryn, Frank (Marie deceased), Lee, Mary (Gary) and Mike (Agnes). He is survived by his siblings Ted (Louise), Patsy (Terry) and Peter (Dorothy).

Remembered always by his children: Wendy (Ron) Griffiths, Joanne Brunton, John Jr. and Michael (Jennifer), grandchildren: Greg, Bryan, Carolyn (James), Spencer, Harrison (Kathleen), Sean and Paige and great-grandchildren: Colby, Mariah and Makayla.

John was part of a large, athletic family born to Ursula and Frank Sullivan in Toronto. His extensive hockey background included many accomplishments as a Player and also as a Referee in the Ontario Hockey Association for 20 years.

John was an honorary lifetime member of 63 years at Scarboro Golf and Country Club.

Visitation will be held from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday, November 21st at McDougall and Brown Funeral Home, 2900 Kingston Rd.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, November 22nd at St. Theresa's Shrine of the Little Flower Roman Catholic Church, 2559 Kingston Rd.  Interment to follow with reception at McDougall and Brown.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Kidney Foundation of Canada or a charity of your choice.
