HILL, Wayne - August 30, 1951 - November 19, 2017
Passed away peacefully at 66 years of age in Sunnybrook Hospital surrounded by his family after a harrowing battle with a long illness.
He is remembered lovingly by his wife of 30 years (Christine Hill), his two children (Geordie Hill and Caelyn Hill), his mother (Eileen Hill) and his brother and sister (Lorne Hill and Josie Culbert).
A teacher, mentor and friend to many, he touched the lives of countless individuals.
Wayne Hill will always be cherished as one who made it his mission to bring music and art to life.
Our leader, hero and guide, we are grateful to have known Wayne Hill's immense heart and kind soul which continue to live on through his legacy.
A Funeral Mass will be held in Wayne Hill's memory on Friday, November 24th at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Grace Church, 15347 Yonge St., Aurora, Ontario with memorial to follow.
In lieu of flowers, we would like donations to be made to Sunnybrook Hospital or the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
