PEAK, John William - October 9, 1927 – November 19, 2017
John passed with family by his side at St. Joseph's Health Centre in Toronto at the age of 90.
A devoted father and husband, he spent most of his 60 years of marriage in the Scarborough Village area of Toronto.
John spent his career at Random House and had the book collection to show for it. His recent years were spent with his wife at the Kingsway Retirement Residence in Etobicoke.
Loving and devoted husband of Donalda (née Woszczycka), treasured father of Adam (Naomi) and doting grandfather of Georgia and Malcolm. Predeceased by his mother, Frances Caroline, his father, William Henry, and his brother, Charles Raymond Peak.
A visitation will be held at Ridley Funeral Home, 3080 Lake Shore Blvd. West, Toronto, Ontario, on Friday, November 24th from 10-11 a.m., followed by a funeral service in the chapel.
A private burial will follow cremation at a later date.
