NAGATA, Kiyo Mary (Kay) (nee Sumi)  - Passed away peacefully, on November 28, 2017.

Born on Mayne Island, BC, Kay attended high school in Vancouver and married Ken on Mayne Island in 1938.

Kay is survived by son Allan (Linda) of London, son-in-law Ian McMillan of Guelph, grandsons John of Burlington and Robert (Kennah) of Guelph and great-grandchildren Caleigh and James.

She will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Predeceased by husband Ken in 2003 and daughter Carolyn McMillan in 2008. Kay had a passion for flowers, travel, and gatherings with friends and family. Kay and Ken were longtime members of the Toronto Garden Club, the Toronto Japanese Garden Club and St. Andrew's Japanese Congregation. Cremation has taken place.

The family will host a memorial at a later date.
