MITCHELL, James - 1932 - 2017 Sadly on December 7, 2017 at Sunnybrook Hospital after a long illness.
He is survived by his wife Mary, son Andrew, overseas and two daughters Kate Dee, Toronto and Ruth Jackson, St. Catharines.
Jim's career was varied: Professional Musician, taught music at University of Toronto, taught string bass in some schools and Stationary Engineer.
According to his wishes, Jim was cremated.
Special thanks to the wonderful staff, doctors and nurses at Sunnybrook for my husband's care.
A memorial service will be held on December 15, 2017 at 1:30 p.m. Location: St. James Cemetery Chapel, 635 Parliament St., Toronto, ON.
