JACKSON, Joyce Evelyn (nee McKee) - October 31, 1929 - December 19, 2017
Passed away peacefully at Bloomington Cove Community Care Residence on Tuesday December 19, 2017 in her 89th year.
Joyce, beloved wife of Ron for 66 years.
Dearly loved mother of Nyrie and her husband John Stockton, Brad and his wife Lauren McFarlane, Laurie and her late husband Luigi DiNicolantonio and Janice Caudill.
Cherished grandmother of David (Kaitlin), Mark, Tim, Peter, Kelly, Max, Thomas, Caleigh, John, Natasha and Jason.
Predeceased by her siblings Meredith, Elwood, Margaret and Ross. Joyce will be lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Joyce had many fond memories of her days working at Imperial Oil including meeting the love of her life Ron. The two of them built many strong friendships and maintained those relationships throughout the years.
A heartfelt thanks to the staff at Bloomington Cove and Oak Ridges Retirement Community.
A memorial service will be held at the Thompson Funeral Home, Aurora, on Wednesday January 3, 2018 at 2pm. Visitation from 1pm-2pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer's Society would be appreciated.
