TOFFOLI, Leo - Leo in his 72nd year, passed away peacefully on Friday, January 19, 2018 at Sunnybrook Palliative Care Unit. Predeceased by his parents Elio and Grace (Andy).
Leo was a loving partner to Sharon. Adoring father of Lisa (Adolfo) and Matthew.
Beloved brother of John (Tina and their daughter Gracie) and Ron (Barb (deceased) and children Ron, Robert and Lorraine). Caring grandfather to Julian and Maya.
Cherished step-father to Kim (Scott) and Lisa (Kevin) and step-grandfather to Brittany (Matthew and their daughter Ella), Jordan, Gabriel, Matthew, Ashley, Kaylee and Alyssa. Remembered by his family and friends. Thank you to the chemo team at North York General Hospital for all of their support.
The family wishes to express their admiration and gratitude to the endearing staff of the Palliative Care Unit at Sunnybrook for their excellent care.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you consider a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society or Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre.
The visitation will be held at Highland Funeral Home, 3280 Sheppard Avenue East, Scarborough, on Monday, January 22, 2018 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
The Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, January 23, 2018 at 10 a.m. at Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary Parish (3 Combermere Drive, Toronto.
