READ, Pamela Mary (nee GRIFFITHS) - Passed away suddenly on Monday, January 22, 2018, at the age of sixty-six, surrounded by family at St. Michael's Hospital in Toronto.
Predeceased by her husband Robert Read, father David Griffiths, brother Bradley Griffiths and father-in-law Thomas Read.
Pam will be lovingly remembered by her partner Randy Jones, her children Robyn (Owen) and David, her grandson Emmett, her mother Jean Griffiths, sister Brenda (Doug), brother Wilson (Nancy), sister-in-law Barbara, her mother-in-law Margaret Read, sister-in-law Jennifer Willis (David) and the extended Read, Griffiths and Jones families.
A memorial will be held at St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, 143 Main St. North, Markham, on Saturday, February 10th. Visitation 1 p.m. Service 2 p.m. Reception to follow.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Pediatric Palliative Care at McMaster Children's Hospital would be most appreciated.
