Willowghby NormanWILLOUGHBY, Norman Garfield – Norman went into the presence of the Lord on Wednesday February 7, 2018 at the Markham Stouffville Hospital, in his 93rd year.

He was born May 22, 1925 in Newmarket, ON, to Ellen Ward and Elja Willoughby, a brother to three sisters: Jean (deceased), Muriel and Doris (John).

Norm, husband of Phyllis Stouffer, he was predeceased by his first wife, Ethel Hulbert.

He will be sadly missed by his sons: Bill (Sue), Doug (Becki), Paul (Gloria), John (Deb), Dave (Sandy); by his 10 grandchildren: Dee, Phil, Julie, Joel, Jonathan, Rebecca, Jason, Sheri, Jessica, and Jeremy; by his 12 great-grandchildren; by nieces and nephews; and by many friends.

Norm loved cars and had a distinguished career in automobile sales. He was a devoted Christian who passionately loved and faithfully served his Lord. He was a strong supporter of the church, a man of prayer, a faithful witness, and encourager to many.  

A Celebration of Norm’s life will take place on Tuesday February 13th at 11:30 AM at Eastridge Evangelical Missionary Church, 12485 Tenth Line, Stouffville, ON L4A 7X3. Visitation with the family will be held at the church from 10:00 AM until the time of the service at 11:30 AM.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Crossroads crossroads.ca  or to the Dalit Freedom Network Canada www.dalitfreedom.ca
